Some (mostly older) stand alone DVD players are not compatible with these recordable DVD's

In the rare occurrence that a disc is defective or does not completely function, return the disc and we will replace it free of charge.  We are not responsible for player incompatibility issues.  Your player may not be compatible with the latest disc formats, particularly if you have an early model player.  If you suspect that you might have an issue check to see if it is compatible with recordable DVD’s.  Do not throw the discs away if it does not play properly. This is almost always a compatibility issue.  Try them in another player or players, then, if there is a problem, return it.  If you have a DVD drive in your computer and DVD player software there is almost never a compatibility problem. DVD players are very cheap now and even the least expensive ones now should be compatible.
