Shipping Rates: Please Remember: Because of the high cost of postage, this year the items maybe shipped by as many flat rate boxes, media mail or possibly Parcel Post in addition to 1st class mail. They will all have tracking. That means that the items will not be packed up prior to the auction but will be packed up the next day or so with everything that you bought. I will try to get as much as I can in each box. Then we will bill your credit card for shipping after the items are mailed out. If paying by check or money order, I will pack the boxes with your items and let you know by email the postage total before you write the check. This may take a few days. If the item is heavy, we will probably mail it out parcel post or media mail whatever the case maybe. I will make a note in the Lot description if that is needed. You may pay for regular mail to get it to you sooner. Let us know and we will bill you the actual amount. (Unless it is a Gift Card or Certificate only, then in that case no postage will be charged.) You must include your correct shipping address to verify that we have current information!

If your a winner of an item marked to be sent Media Mail and you want it sooner. I can send it 1st Class and charge you the difference. But you have to let me know and have a credit card on file.

HOW THE AUCTION WORKS: Yesterday USA Radio is funded entirely by regular support from some of it's many listeners around the world. But since every listener does NOT support our efforts, 100% of the proceeds from the annual "Live" YUSA Auction is used to off set our budget deficit. Therefore, we ask each listener to send in one item; and then to purchase something that someone else has donated. "Surely every listener can afford at least two items per year, and everybody always has a great time during the "LIVE" Auction", says YUSA Founder Bill Bragg. Auction proceeds are also used to cover the cost of unexpected emergencies, such as the cost of our streaming by Live365 or to purchase a studio computer to replace one that has bitten the dust!

Some of the bigger (more expensive) items or rare items will be classified as "All Night Items" (which are listed separately beginning with the letter F.) and will remain on the auction block for extended periods of time. Once a fair price has been reached, the item will be awarded to the highest bidder. All Auction items (except the "All Night" items) will be placed into lots of three (3) items each; and then auctioned off individually to the highest bidder. The three (3) items contained within each Lot will be color coded. The top (or first) item will be the RED item. The middle (or second) item will be the White item. And, the bottom (or third) item will be the Blue item. The order of the items listed below does not specify which is the better to lesser of each lot. I pick an item and work around it to put the lots together.

HOW TO BID: This will be a "live" Auction, and bids will be taken via the telephone or in the Member's Only Chat Room. For security reasons, we can not open the Chat Room to the general public, so you may want to become a YUSA Supporting Member, so that you can bid in the Chat Room! We realize that each telephone bid is a long distance call, but our in studio operators can quickly take a bid; with an average cost of less than 10 cents per call. Please bid in increments of $3.00 or more, unless instructed otherwise by the Auctioneer. If an item has been going up by $3.00 increments for a long period of time, then the increment will be $5.00. This will help us to keep the auction moving faster.

Remember there is a 30 second timer that will be used to end an auction. If you decide to bid on something CALL or type in the chat room as soon as the timer starts. DON'T WAIT!!!

On professional made used sets we went below the current asking price if one can be found. Note, these prices may vary. On homemade DVD's of TV shows or movies - we asked about 30 cents a show. CD: are audio CDs that can be played on any system that accepts CD's. They maybe also recorded on a CD-r, but they can be played on any system. I will list them as a CD.

CD-r or Mp3: is audio that can only be played on computers or mp3 compatible systems. Remember a large amount of audio on 1 disk is computer generated, so you will need a compatible system to play. I will list them as a CD-r.

DVD-r: audio and or video that can be played on computers or DVD-r compatible systems.

1. WHITE Dishes: Fused glass dishes are made by cutting individual design pieces from sheets of glass. The design pieces are assembled on a double layer of glass and then everything is fired in a kiln at over 400 degrees. A second firing, at a lower temperature, "slumps" the dish shape into a mold. These are LEAD FREE and safe for food. The dishes are remarkable sturdy and can be used the same as any everyday china and they are dish washer safe. I make it in my grandmothers cast iron pan that is at least 80 years old! Made with real butter, real vanilla and Spanish peanuts! It�s crunchy but is not hard like the kind you buy at the store. Donor was working in radio at the time and was privileged to be able to record then directly from the CBS satellite feed. He believes he only missed 3 or 4 shows during that run. The rest are all here, shown with date of broadcast and original air date. Series Producer/Director Himan Brown chose these episodes from among 1,399 programs (most of these are from 1974-75), so this set is his personal choice of the "Best" CBS Radio Mystery Theater. All commercials have been edited out; audio is generally superb, pristine and clear - there are a few glitches in 1 or 2 episodes, caused by satellite transmission problems, but those instances are very rare.
